1st Edenvale welcomes new cubs
To show their commitment to the Cub programme, candidates had to attend meetings for six weeks before they were given a chance to wear the Cub uniform.
The 1st Edenvale Cub Pack welcomed eight cubs at an investiture ceremony held recently.
To show their commitment to the Cub programme, candidates had to attend meetings for six weeks before they were given a chance to wear the Cub uniform.
1st Edenvale was established 75 years ago and has a strong cub pack.
The cubs will be exposed to activities designed to develop their skills in leadership, crafts and survival.
Cubs are expected to work through a number of activities towards earning badges.
Ultimately, cubs will be able to achieve the Leaping Wolf Award before they are moved into the Scout group.
