Pupils participate in general knowledge quiz

Nine junior schools participated with two teams of four players each.

Leicester Road, Kenton and Dunvegan primary schools were the top three schools in round one. Leicester Road, Bedfordview and Hurlyvale primary schools were the top three schools in round two.

Team one of Leicester Road, which included Jordyn Arokiam, Nawal Abade, Teah Slabbert and Carmen Mileder, was the overall winner and team two from Bedfordview, which included Ilhaam Wadvahla, Olivia Wood, Kiara Moodley and Khanysile Ncube were the runners up.

Teah had the highest individual score, followed by Jordyn.
