Last week the EXPRESS published an article stating that a man was arrested in connection with a murder that took place at the Denver Hostel in October last year.
According to Constable Mpho Mashakane, the Cleveland SAPS communications officer, a man was shot in the head. He died at the scene.
Following investigations, one suspect was arrested on July 28.
A second suspect was arrested last week.
“The detectives positively identified the second suspect, aged 26, and charged him with murder,” said Const Mashakane.
