Little Eden to host annual family fun day
The day will feature a five kilometre walk around the farm, boerewors rolls on sale, entertainment and lucky draw prizes.
Little Eden will host its second annual family fun day event on Sunday, September 14.
The event will be open from 10am to 2pm at the Elvira Rota Village in Bapsfontein.
Entry fee for the day will be R30 for adults while children under the age of 10 will enter free of charge.
The day will feature a five kilometre walk around the farm, boerewors rolls on sale, entertainment and lucky draw prizes.
Residents who are unable to attend but who wish to assist can donate items such as boerewors, cool drinks, charcoal, firelighters and more.
Proceeds from the day will go towards the ongoing care of Little Eden’s residents who have profound intellectual disabilities.
All the residents at Little Eden require 24-hour, specialised care all year round.
