Be on the lookout for hijackers

Constable Mpho Mashakane, the Cleveland SAPS communications officer, said a motorist was at the Joe Slovo Drive and Hendon Street intersection when he was approached by two suspects in possession of firearms.

There was an altercation between the motorist and suspects. The motorist escaped and the suspects fled the scene. The incident took place about 6.50pm. Contact the SAPS if you have information.
