Louca to argue he was not the trigger man

Case against George Louca postponed.

It is reported that the man accused of murdering Bedfordview resident and Teazers boss, Lolly Jackson, will argue he was not the trigger man in the murder of the notorious Bedfordview resident in Kempton Park in May 2010.

He was set to appear in court today, however the case was postponed as Louca did not appear in court due to reported transport problems.

The case was postponed to mid-April.

His legal representative will make a representation to the National Prosecuting Authority later this week.
