Rotary welcomes new member
His highest academic qualification is a Master’s Degree in Labour Studie,s obtained at the University of Natal in 1990.
The Rotary Club of Bedfordview recently announced the induction of a new member, Mr Zakhe Makhaye, at the Belgravia Bowling Club on February 3.
According to Rotarian Ferdi Heyneke, Mr Makhaye is passionate about life skills coaching. He successfully completed an Associate Coach Course with the University of Cape Town Business School Unit in 2012.
His highest academic qualification is a Master’s Degree in Labour Studie,s obtained at the University of Natal in 1990. He has also been a member of the Institute of People Management and the Institute of Directors.
“We are excited about the value Mr Makhaye will add to our club and Rotary as a whole,” said Mr Heyneke.
Acting and Past President Rotarian Frances Feig pinned the Rotary badge onto Mr Makhaye while Rotarian Tom Milligan, who introduced him to the club, looked on.
“We wish Zakhe a wonderful Rotary experience as he serves the community and makes a difference to those less fortunate in our society,” he added.
