Warrant Officer Richard Munyai said on January 5 this year, at about 9.20pm, three armed men entered a business in Albertina Sisulu Road and Queen Street.

W/O Munyai said two of the suspects were armed with firearms and allegedly jumped over the counter. They then opened the door for their accomplices to gain access to the area behind the cash registers.

The suspects pointed firearms at the KFC staff members and opened the cash registers. The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of money.

W/O Munyai said the suspects fled on foot and ran down Albertina Sisulu Road and disappeared. No shots were fired during the robbery.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the suspects can contact the investigating officer, Detective Constable Mashala, on 081 328 3291 or 011 624-6021.
