A 24-year-old arrested in connection with the Rhodes Park double murder on October 17 is expected to appear in court tomorrow.
The man was arrested in Yeoville.
Yeoville SAPS communications officer, Constable Thabo Malatji said the man is facing two counts of murder and one of rape.
