Access to the digital domain opens up a world of new possibilities for students, professionals, business people as well as communities, families and individuals.

All citizens of the City of Ekurhuleni, residing in townships, suburbs, informal settlements or farms, will soon have free access to the world through Ekurhuleni’s Free Wi-Fi.

Ekurhuleni executive mayor Clr Mondli Gungubele, will announce the roll-out of this project on Thursday.

“This is one of the first steps towards achieving the ideal of a digital city,” EMM stated in this morning’s announcement.
