The Jeppe SAPS discovered abandoned medical supplies after acting on a tip-off.
Jeppe police officers received information about abandoned medical equipment in a house at the corner of 3rd Avenue and 5th Street in Bez Valley.
According to the Jeppe SAPS communications officer, W/O Richard Munyayi, officers proceeded to the address and found a locked room.
“They forced the door open and found 42 sealed boxes of disposable syringes and four sealed boxes of gloves. The origin or owners of the equipment are unknown. We are appealing to anyone who might have information to come forward,” said W/O Munyayi.
