Cleveland police urgently need the public’s help and have issued an identikit photo of a suspect wanted for questioning in connection with common robbery.
According to Cleveland police spokesperson, Captain Johan Jordaan, a complainant was robbed on 15 December last year. “It is alleged that the suspect grabbed her handbag and ran away,” said Jordaan.
Inside her handbag were a cellphone and house keys. The complainant reported the matter and a case of common robbery was opened. The suspect was of medium height, had a slim body and was dark in complexion. The police are appealing to anyone who might recognise him to contact the investigating officer.
