Joburg Magistrates’ Court orders convict to pay R10 000 fine

JOBURG – Convict ordered to pay fine after he was arrested in possession of rhino horn, lion teeth and drugs.

Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court ordered Feng Yang Wei to pay R10 000 for the possession of rhino horn, lion teeth and crystal meth on 30 May.

He was arrested at Derrick Avenue in Cyrildene after being found in possession of rhino horn, lion teeth and drugs on 16 March. “The convict was arrested together with two other suspects who were later released,” said spokesperson for Cleveland Police Station, Captain Johan Jordaan.
