Spreading the word about Little Eden

For the past 14 years, Little Eden has been a beneficiary of the services provided to the society by Newsclip Media Monitoring.
The company provides the organisation with pro-bono media monitoring services which have made a big difference to the society’s work.
“Monitoring the effectiveness of our marketing and public relations plays a vital role in spreading the word about Little Eden.

“Little Eden relies on the generosity of the general public, corporate and businesses,” said Nichollette Muthige, the society’s public relations and communications officer.
Little Eden, which began in 1967, has become a permanent home which provides care to 300 residents with a profound intellectual disability, the majority of whom have been previously abandoned and some come from indigent families.
The society receives approximately 34 per cent funding from the government.

The shortfall must be raised every year to keep the doors of the society open.
