Engen powering Khanyisa

Dipuo Tekana, manager of Khanyisa said she is grateful for the support received in giving hope to those in need.

To say thank you for years of support, Khanyisa Trust recently gave a certificate of appreciation to Jeff Blend from Engen Elm Street Service Station.

The certificate was presented on September 20.

Jeff said the service station developed a relationship with Khanyisa shortly after the Quick Shop was changed to a Woolworths shop.

“In this business, we have a tremendous amount of wasted food. Instead of throwing it away we donate the items to Khanyisa,” said Jeff.
