On November 24, The Edenvale Senior Citizens Society hosted a morning market at the Edenvale Community Centre.
The morning market had book stalls, cake stalls, knitted goods, white elephant stall, tea and muffins and the second-hand shop was also made available.

Vice-chairperson Linda Randwell said the morning market will help fund the daily meals prepared by Katerina Caripis for the society.
Wendy Laver, a member of the society, made bacon rolls for the morning market.

“The food cooked by Katerina is amazing, I highly recommend it,” said Laver.
