Everything health and fitness at HFPA Open Day

Health and Fitness Professionals Association (HFPA) Fitness Academy Bedfordview Campus invited fitness ambassadors to its open day on September 7.

The day included fitness ambassadors doing HiiT and Olympic Bootcamp Lifting Classes.

The open day included a number of classes.

Lisa Raleigh was the first ambassador up with rebound classes.

Marcia Da Silva, HFPA gym manager, said the academy does fitness courses and educational training.

“The open day is for people who would like to sign up for full-time courses. We would like to showcase what we have on offer,” said Da Silva.

She said the Bedfordview Campus has been open for eight to nine years and has been growing ever since.

“We have had plenty of rugby players from the Golden Lions train at our campus,” said Da Silva.

HFPA Fitness Academy will also be celebrating their 40th birthday this year.
