Balwin walkers fight the sweltering heat in support of charity

Balwin staff, community members, various organisations and charities supported by Balwin Properties took part in the walk.

A large number of families and friends again supported the annual Balwin Charity Hat Walk hosted in Bedfordview earlier today.

Bedfordview and Germiston SPCA was one of the beneficiaries of today’s Balwin Charity Hat Walk.

Despite the heat, participants showed up at Jeppe Quondam to take part in some healthy outdoor fun in support of several local charities.

Little Eden was one of several charities to benefit from the 2019 Balwin Charity Hat Walk.

The beneficiaries were Abraham Kriel Bambanani, Abused and Abandoned Kids Educational Excursions, Adora-Bull Terrier, Alexandra Education Committee, Bedfordview and Germiston SPCA, Cotlands, Endangered Wildlife Trust, Little Eden, Manger Care Centre, SOS Children’s Villages, Thembalami Care Centre, Theo Jackson Scholarship Fund and Woodrock Animal Rescue.
