Edenglen High School’s life orientation department was invited to the District Awards Ceremony, where its members received prestigious awards.
The ceremony was held at the Albert Luthuli Smart School on February 7.
Mrs Mohanlall, head of Edenglen’s life orientation department, together with fellow teachers Miss Maddocks, Mr Southwood and Mrs Sharpley were recipients of the 2019 NSC Ekuhureleni North Award.
The award was presented to them for being the top life orientation educators in the district.
This was the second year Edenglen High School’s life orientation department won the district award.
The school congratulated its staff members and hopes to achieve even greater results this year.
