Panthers bite down on Stallions

"The attitude among the players is positive and we look forward to our next home game."

Edenvale’s Pactfreight Panthers took victory when they faced off against the Tembisa Stallions at Edenvale Sports Grounds.

The first home game for the Panthers saw the team win the rugby game 68-6.

Head coach Ernie Enslin said the team played well.

“You could see how the players were working together as one,” said Enslin.

Throughout the game, the Panthers maintained the pressure. Enslin said following the victory, morale at the club increased once more.

“We are climbing, the attitude among the players is positive and we look forward to our next home game.”

The club invited community members to show their support for the team when they take to the field on June 12 at Edenvale Sports Grounds.

The Pactfreight Panthers are set to go up against Tskane.
