One injured in Modderfontein collision
Once freed paramedics initiated advanced life support interventions on the driver.
ER24 paramedics responded to a collision at the intersection of the R25 Modderfontein Road and Brunton Street after a 32-year-old man sustained serious injuries.
This is after a light motor vehicle and a truck collided at the intersection on July 20 at approximately 18:30.
Paramedics found the driver of the light motor vehicle entrapped and in serious condition.

After using some force paramedics managed to free the driver from the wreckage.
Once freed paramedics initiated advanced life support interventions on the driver.
He was transported by ER24 with the assistance of another emergency medical service to a hospital for further medical care.
Although the circumstances of the collision are unknown to ER24 authorities were on the scene to investigate the matter.
