Better Bedfordview invites residents to attend its fun and cosy fundraiser on May 17.
The NPO will host a Movie Night Under the Stars at Glendower Golf Club to raise funds for more neighbourhood clean-ups and community improvement projects.
Tickets cost R130 each, including free popcorn.

According to the organisation, the Tee Bar & Grill at Glendower will have a takeaway menu, and warm drinks will be on sale.
The event will start at 18:00.
“The movie we will show is the romantic comedy Music and Lyrics, starring Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant.
“Additional to raising funds for Better Bedfordview, the evening includes a Blanket Drive in aid of the Germiston Bedfordview SPCA.
“Better Bedfordview appeals to everyone who attends the Movie Night to bring a blanket to donate to help keep the animals at the SPCA warm during the chilly months ahead,” said the NPO’s Wendy Zipp.
There will also be a raffle on the evening, with prizes up for grabs.
Space is limited, so residents are urged to book their tickets soon by making payment to Better Bedfordview and emailing the proof of payment and their contact details (name and cellphone number) to lola@betterbedfordview.org.za
