Murder suspect escapes from court
Anyone who knows Sbusiso Mnisi’s whereabouts is urged to contact their nearest police station or call Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
The police have launched a manhunt for Sbusiso Mnisi, who escaped from the Benoni Magistrate’s Court at about 14:00 on October 16.
According to provincial police spokesperson Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi, Mnisi was there for a scheduled court appearance on a murder charge, which was opened at the Etwatwa SAPS in 2021.

“A case of escape from lawful custody has been opened,” said Nevhuhulwi.
Mnisi is considered dangerous.
