Learners get intrigued at Melville Koppies

Visitors can choose from the self-guided options: a 5km trail, a 3km heritage trail or the scavenger hunt for those with exploring minds.

The Grade Fours from McAuley House who visited the Melville Koppies were clear on what they’d come for – to learn about ‘nature, insects’ and more.

When faced with a rocky, steep path or a gentle path, there was no dissenting voice – ‘rocky path.’

From several view spots, learners saw ‘the whole province’, and their sharp eyes spotted their school from afar and a wild cucumber growing by the path.

Some spotted the wild cucumber.
