Community celebrates festive season at Emperors

Visiting from afar, Santa Clause will be at the village ready to greet and laugh with visitors who can have a photograph taken with him.

Special guests and celebrities from Edenvale and beyond lit up the room when they recently attended the launch of the Christmas Village at Emperors Palace.

Launched on November 21 this year, the festive wonderland is bigger and more immersive than ever before.

It hopes to enthral visitors from their arrival, through the Tunnel of Lights, with its galaxy of twinkling bulbs until they leave after visiting the Stone Town Stalls.

Before visiting the more than 90 vendors, guests will go on an adventure through the North Pole, the Forrest of Fables, Santa’s Village and the new Garden of Lights – a fluorescent wonderland of light and music which allows guests to wander a landscape of beauty that oozes Christmas feelings.

A new addition to this year’s Village is Tom Bola’s Funfair Alley which offers carnival-style challenges and games to test everyone’s skills.

The Christmas Village is open daily from 15:00 to 22:00, rain or shine, until December 31.

Tickets are available from TicketPro and Winners Circle Members get discounted tickets.
