Reddam House Bedfordview learners earn 314 distinctions
Eighty-six 86 learners achieved an A or B aggregate, representing 74% of the cohort, and 25% achieved an A aggregate.
Reddam House Bedfordview’s Class of 2024, comprising 117 learners, attained 314 distinctions, averaging 2.7 per learner.
Eighty-six 86 learners achieved an A or B aggregate, representing 74% of the cohort, and 25% achieved an A aggregate.

The top achievers with eight distinctions:
Mirela Hoffman: 91% average, 98% in math, 93% in English and life orientation (LO) and 94% in isiZulu;
Kent Allan: 90% average, with over 90% in math, English, business studies, LO and life sciences;

Mitchell Kathan: 86% average, with over 90% for LO and business studies; and
Matthew Bell: 89% average, with over 90% for physical sciences, geography, accounting and maths.
The learners who attained seven distinctions are Kezia Walton (average of 91%, with over 90% in LO, maths, isiZulu, business studies and geography), Gino Anic, Madison Ferrão, Anele Mpofu, Muhammad Patel (100% for maths), Zoë Pye and Yashodhan Naidoo.

Hoffman achieved a national ranking in the top 5% in six or more subjects, placing her on the IEB’s outstanding achievement list.
Allan, Ferrãó and Walton made the IEB’s commendable achievement list for the national top 5% in five subjects rank.

The top achievers were Mirela Hoffman, who achieved a top 1% ranking in three subjects, and Allan, Amber Latten and Walton, who achieved a top 1% ranking in two subjects.
Bell, Kelsey da Silva, Ferrãó, Keira Hale, Mpho Kubheka, Chelsey Marks, Patel and Zihao Xu achieved a ranking in one subject.
