Probus Bedfordview meeting to speak on emotional intelligence
Their April speaker, John Bernath, will talk about emotional intelligence and its measurement through the emotional quotient (EQ).
You are invited to Probus Bedfordview’s meeting, beginning with a brief AGM, on April 1.
As per the norm of the monthly meetings, tea will be served between 10:00 and 10:30 in the St George’s Village lounge.
The April speaker is John Bernath, who will present on emotional intelligence and its measurement through the emotional quotient (EQ).

Bernath is an industrial psychologist who has been in private practice since 1986. Before that, he worked in human resources for 10 years. His last position was human resources director for Maksal Tubes in Springs.
He performs EQ assessments of candidates for client companies for specific positions or development purposes.
Although he works primarily in SA, he has done assessments for SABMiller in Botswana, Lesotho, Poland, England and the USA.
