Shoppers test skills on F1 simulator at Pick ‘n Pay The Verge

Shoppers and community members had the opportunity to experience life in the fast lane at Pick ‘n Pay The Verge, where the store hosted an F1 racing simulator.

To participate, customers needed to purchase any two 500ml Monster Energy drinks.

The top three position holders received exclusive Monster Energy merchandise.

General manager of Pick ‘n Pay The Verge, Francois Boshoff, said the experience formed part of the store’s first-birthday celebrations.

The celebrations ran from March 25 to April 5.

“The birthday celebrations are going phenomenally,

“Besides hosting the F1 simulator, we are doing two trolley dashes and giving away various prizes,” said Boshoff.
He said the trolley dashes were sponsored by Rhodes.
