Award-winning South African singer and songwriter Brenda Mtambo attracted fans from far and wide when she put on a show at Emperors Palace’s Theatre of Marcellus for the highly anticipated Amahubo Kakogo – The Live Experience.

Guests like Mbebe and Nkisimane were treated to an evening of incredible entertainment with Mtambo paying tribute to the hymns that shaped her and were inspired by her grandmother.

Such hymns were reimagined through a rich blend of Afro-soul, gospel and contemporary African sound.
