Young tennis stars perform well
In the B Section of the competition, Greg Anderson finished in first place and Alex Miliakidis took home second place.
Ted Roberts, in conjunction with Greg and Des Ward, recently held a junior tennis tournament for Edenvale-based players.
The winner of the A Section of the tournament was Tristan East, with Michael Miliakidis taking second place, Ethan Fraser taking home third place and Hayden Jackson finishing in fourth place.
In the B Section of the competition, Greg Anderson finished in first place and Alex Miliakidis took home second place.
Five players finished on the same number of points in the B Section and shared third place; they were Joshua Vouras, Kyle Jackson, James O’Brien, Luca Contmateus and Catria Van Eck.
Chris Fossa was the winner of the C Section of the tournament with Shelby Do Santos in second place and Melissa Aitchenson in third place.
The award for the most improved player went to Devon Hughes and Catria Van Eck.
