Doubles duo wins tennis tournament

Dominique Jansen Van Vuuren and her doubles partner Mikayla Faure won the Gauteng Central Growthpoint Super 8 tournament at the Tennis South Africa junior ranking tournament held at Ellis Park on July 23.

Van Vuuren is coached by Jean de Villiers at the Italian club.

The winning doubles duo beat the number one couple Kelly Arends (GN) and Martina Gornevska (GN) 6-2, 4-6 and 10-6 in the super tiebreaker.
