O’Connor star impresses at Senior Max Karting Championship
Cameron has also had to fulfill academic duties alongside his punishing motorsport schedule.

He recently finished as runner-up in the Senior Max Karting Championship.
He also achieved fourth place overall in his first attempt at the Investchem F1600 single seater national championship.

Cameron was the youngest competitor in both categories.

In 2018, he will again compete in the F1600 championship and in selected events in the UK in his quest to acquire more experience across a broader spectrum.
Although a national title narrowly eluded him this year, with the support of his parents Gavin and Samantha and younger brother Riley, and mentorship and race car preparation from Brian Kruger, Cameron O’Connor looks sure to claim some more silverware in 2018.
