The Rand Road Warriors held time trials on February 15.

The results of the 8km event were: Darryn Whelan 32:20, Sihle Basa 32:22, Brendan van Wyk 33:54, Juan Horstmann 34:36, Fabio La Mantia 35:05, Byron Benson 35:05, Jeffery Mecer Wright 35:06, Clifford Beddy 35:55, Karyn Bell 37:58, Liezel Elliot 40:54 and William Elliot 40:58.
