AmaWheela Boys beat All Stars

Sasol Amawheela Boys beat All Stars 3 – 0 at Mandeville Sports Club in Bez Valley at the Sasol Green and Gold All Star Series on October 20.

Wheelchair Basketball SA CEO, Charles Saunders said the match was a three-game series by the AmaWheela Boys against the All Stars.

“This match was a final of the three games where the AmaWheelas beat the All Stars with the final score being 70 – 40. “AmaWheela Boys were rewarded a R20 000 cash prize by Sasol,” he said.

Saunders said the AmaWheela Boys will go into their final camp in November before leaving to play in the Lwini Cup in Angola from November 29 to December 3.

“They will play against Switzerland, Angola and other teams from South Africa,” he said.
