District matches at Modderfontein Bowling Club
The bowls club is open to all community members who would like to join.
Modderfontein Bowling Club (MBC) hosted its district matches on March 31.
MBC president Scott Davidson said matches saw a lot of married couple teams, which made the game very competitive.
“The matches are ongoing and results will be released after the last match, which is in a few weeks’ time.”
The matches covered two full greens and included a feast with drinks afterwards.
Every Tuesday and Thursday the club has social bowls matches.
The bowls club is open to all community members who would like to join.
The club hall can also be hired for various events, such as weddings, parties and corporate events.
