The Modderfontein Tennis Club hosted a round robin tournament recently.
The tournament was in memory of the late Jill Hutchinson, the club’s first honorary life member.
The matches were divided into two teams captained by Brandon Kruger and Caila van Niekerk.
Brandon’s team won by 168 games to 156.
Terry Howell the president and captain of the club said it was their biggest tournament with 48 men and women players participating.
“The tennis club is open for membership.”
