From Edenvale to the US
Featured local artists like DJ Chowmein, Neil Hunter and Styger, amongst others, will be present.
Dancers from the Edenvale-based Vieve Acrobatic Dance studio showcased their award-winning dance routines at Curro Edenvale, November 30.
The team won a trip to the United States of America at the American Dance Awards (ADA) South Africa qualifying event, held earlier this year in Pretoria.
Genevieve Mcginn Swart from Vieve Acrobatic Dance Studio said dancers will be attending the ADA National Championships in Orlando, Florida, July 2020.
The Vieve Acrobatic Dance showcase was the first of several fund-raising events for the trip to America.
“Orlando will give dancers the opportunity to represent South Africa and perform alongside talented dancers from the USA, Canada and China,” said Genevieve.
The studio will be hosting a school ‘Break up Party’ on December 6 at the View, in Bedfordview.

Tickets will be available at the door at R100 per person.
Strictly no under 13s or over 17s allowed.
