Child (10) still missing
The parents of 10-year-old Luyanda Lerato Radebe are still feeling the pain of being without their daughter.
Luyanda has been missing since December 19, last year.
She was last seen when she went to play outside her Malvern home. She was wearing a dress with blue, pink and black vertical stripes. She had plaited hair and was barefoot.
“We have not heard anything yet. It gets harder by the day and we live in the hope that someone will give us some light as to where she is,” said Ms Thembelihle Khanyi, who is Luyanda’s mother.
Constable Mpho Mashakane, from the Cleveland SAPS, said the search for Luyanda is continuing.
“The intensive search for Luyanda continues. Her image and description has been circulated around the whole of Gauteng and we have been assisted by organisations such as the Pink Ladies in her search,” said Const Mashakane. Anybody who can assist in finding Luyanda can contact Constable Mabala from the Cleveland SAPS Social Crime Prevention unit on 071 186 6836.
