Wordsworth High School principal Dr Annamarie Horn has been found guilty on all charges relating to the misconduct of making racial remarks.
Horn was suspended in November, last year.
According to Department of Education spokeswoman Phumla Sekhonyane, the department will receive a comprehensive report from the preceding officer within five working days.
Sekhonyane added that Horn can appeal, if she wishes to.
