Man allegedly threatens to jump off Benoni CBD building
A man has been cuffed to a railing on top of a building in the Benoni CBD to prevent him from jumping off the rooftop.

SAPS, EMPD and CPF members are currently on the corner of Rothsay and Tom Jones streets, where a person is on top of the roof.
City Times reporter Erik van Dijk, who is currently on scene, said two fire fighters ascended up a ladder to bring the man down.
While bringing him down, the man allegedly tried to jump off the ladder.
Fire fighters took the man back up, and police cuffed him to a rail.
Fire fighters are now going to use a cherry picker to lower the individual.
