GALLERY: Parts of Benoni flooded
This afternoon's rainfall resulted in flooding in parts of Benoni, including the N12 highway.
The City Times received a picture of several cars drifting in water on the highway, beneath the Voortrekker Street bridge.
The Intelligence Bureau Tweeted that blankets and a trolley was to blame for the build up of water on the road, as it was blocking storm water pipes.
