Belinda Wessels, Farrarmere: You must do it on the spot. Do it in a dignified manner and tell them that their behaviour is not acceptable.
Clark Battison, Rynfield: I would make fun of them and show them the right way of doing things.
Linda Lier, Roodepoort: I speak directly to them. I go down to their level and tell them the consequences of misbehaving.
