Missing mothers sought
The Department of Social Development is looking for the following mothers:
• Phindile Mphahlele, mother of Sphamandla Mphahlele, born on January 1, 2010.
The father of the child is Nkosana Joseph Mandlazi.
The mother was last seen in July, 2011.
• Nthabiseng Moeketsi, mother of Matsidiso Moeketsi, born on February 26, 2002.
The father of the child is Patrick Nchabeng Tshabalala.
The mother was last seen in December, 2004.
Attempts to find the mothers have been unsuccessful.
