Pug Rescue benefits from public’s contributions

Pug Rescue SA received R120 245.36 from the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet programme due to Johannesburg shoppers swiping their cards throughout the year.

Pug Rescue SA president Cheryl Gaw said: “I’m ecstatic, they are awesome people to work with.”

The programme is celebrating its 20th anniversary.

The programme raises more than R6-million a month for a wide range of schools, charities and conservation organisations.
