Two men were hospitalised after sustaining gunshot wounds at a train station near Apex yesterday (March 14) afternoon.
The victims were found at about 5pm.

“A man was found with multiple gunshot wounds,” said ER24 spokesperson Werner Vermaak.
“He was in a critical condition and being attended to by local EMS.
“Paramedics from ER24 were escorted to another man, believed to be sixty years old.
“He was found with a serious gunshot wound to his abdomen.”
The spokesperson said that bystanders told paramedics both men were on a train when the incident occurred.
The victims were stabilised on scene and transported to hospital.
