Eastern Highveld Beekeepers Association will host its annual bee show on October 13 and 14.
The show takes place at Hecker Nursery, 1 Kirschner Road, Westwood, from 9am to 4pm.
Bee lovers can look forward to seeing displays of bee-friendly plants, honey tasting, honey products and a video on the life of the honey bee.
Registered beekeepers will be on hand for one-on-one discussions with the public.

The Eastern Highveld Beekeepers Association meets every third Saturday of the month at 186 Uys Street, Rynfield, from 9.30am to discuss beekeeping methods with the main concern of conserving bees and preservation of the techniques of the members’ craft.
