The three suspects in the murder of Daniël Botha (26) appeared in the Benoni Magistrate’s Court on December 11, the case has been postponed to January 31 for further investigations.
The trio, Gideon Fourie, Jacques de Lange and Sampie Hearn, all aged 22, were granted R5 000 bail each.
Botha died from injuries he sustained after a fight broke out at a Lakefield pub on July 26.
He died in hospital on July 29.
