The Crystal Park SAPS have opened an inquest docket after the decomposed body of a woman was discovered at a plot on the corner of Hazel and Elm roads, Benoni Agricultural Holdings on April 2.
Spokesperson Const Alex Mokete said a member of the community discovered the body after investigating an unpleasant smell and flies on the property.

“The police were contacted and the officers discovered the body, which was already decomposed,” said Mokete.
“It is not clear how long the woman had been dead for.”
She was dressed in black tights and a vest.
