Here are the photo requirements:

• The photo needs to be at least 1mb in size in a jpeg format.

• The photo must be emailed directly from the device it is captured on. Please avoid sending the photo via any social media platform as social media will compress the size of the photo.

If this occurs we will not be able to use the photo. If you are using a camera you can transfer the file to a pc and email from there.

• Full names and surnames of the people in the photo need to be listed from left to right as per the photo.

If there are two or more rows of people start listing from the back left and move forward.

• Any person in the photo under the age of 18 (children) needs permission from a legal guardian for us to publish the photo.

• If children appear in the photo, provided their legal guardians have approved for them to appear in our publication and online platforms, their ages are also required.
