#Takepart is a programme that is coordinated by Athi Siwa and Tebogo Mabuse where they invite young entrepreneurs who have made it in life to share their journey and to inspire others. It is aimed at uplifting women and to teach them how to control their finances and to use their skills.
“I realised that there are a lot of people, especially women who are not working but have great skills that would help them put food on the table,” said Siwa, founder of Ma Obsession, a clothing shop.
“This is our second workshop and #Takepart is all about helping the next person to wake up and do something, using their skills rather than waiting for another person to employ them.”
